Refund policy

We will gladly accept returns within 30 days accompanied with the receipt for unworn, unwashed or damaged items. 

  • If you would like to return an item please notify Customer Service by email. Send your request to customerservice@solelesssandals.com with the word “Returns” in the subject line of your email.
  • Briefly specify the reason for your return, include the name of item and order number.
  • Once the email is sent, we will respond within 24 hours with instructions for the return process and a link to print your return label.
  • Print return label.
  • Carefully pack your items in the original condition with the original receipt of purchase.
  • Affix your shipping label to the package making sure to cover up the original label and no other tracking information is shown.
  • Once your package is ready to be shipped, refer to the shipping carrier on the label.
  • For USPS, give it to your local carrier or drop it off at the nearest USPS location.
  • Returned items will be processed within 10 business days upon receipt of item and a refund will be issued in the original form of payment.
